‘The Living Screen’ is the first project initiated by Bio-Kino.

"This project was researched and developed during a residency at
SymbioticA: the Art and Science Collaborative Research Laboratory in The School of Anatomy & Human Biology at The University of Western Australia."

This undertaking would not be possible without the support and collaboration of many people and organisations:

First a special thanks goes to Prof. David Sampson head of the Optical+Biomedical Engineering Laboratory, UWA. Without his support we couldn’t get the world's smallest projection.

We would also want to thank Barbara Creed & Lloyd Kaufman that acted in the Nano movies of the "Monstrous Other" exhibition.

All the good people in SymbioticA.

Prof. Stuart Bunt for his generosity and advice

Dr. Stuart 'Guru' Hodgetts, Mike Grey, Prof. Paul Mcmenamin, Holly Chinnery, Hannah Radley, Philip Gamblen, Yok, EricaAmerica, Plumb Constructions, Art Folio, BEAPWORKS & Ozco that funded this project, Baz, Maya P. Catts, John 'Petto' Petterson, Chris Malcolm and all the amazing install crew @ Curtin and... …

and Most sinsemenly, our inspiration belongs to Adam Zaretsky.
